AI virtual staging for real estate.
An empty room can be hard to picture. Virtual staging adds furniture to a photo of the room so buyers can see how it could be lived in.

What virtual staging does
Furniture added to empty rooms, labeled as staged.
- Furniture that fits
- Pieces sized for the room and matched to what the room is for.
- A style choice
- Pick from a few styles to suit the home.
- Clear walkways
- Doors and paths through the room stay open.
- The same room
- Walls, floors and windows stay as they are.
Good for
- Empty homes and new builds
- Rooms where buyers can't guess the use
- Vacant rentals
- Listings where real staging is not practical
Labels and MLS rules
Virtually staged photos need a label in many places. Stellar MLS has a three-part label for them. Keep the empty room photo too, so buyers can see the original.
Questions and answers
Is virtual staging allowed on the MLS?
Usually yes, with a label. Rules differ, so read the rule of your MLS. Our MLS photo rules guide has plain summaries with sources.
Can it change the floors or walls?
No. Staging adds furniture only. CRMLS and Stellar MLS do not allow changing walls, floors or cabinets in a listing photo.
Should I show the empty room too?
Yes. Showing the original helps buyers and many rules ask for it.
