How photos are counted
- One photo, one edit
- Editing a photo uses one photo from your balance. Your original is always kept.
- Plan photos arrive monthly
- Yearly plans too. Unused plan photos carry over for 1 more month.
- Packs top up a plan
- Plan members can add a pack at any time. Pack photos stay usable for 12 months.
- Soonest to expire, used first
- So nothing you paid for runs out while newer photos wait.
- Cancel any time
- Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. Photos you have stay until they expire.
- Refund within 14 days
- A full refund when none of the photos from that payment were used. Details in the refund policy.
- Prices in US dollars
- Sales tax, where it applies, is added at checkout. Payments are handled by Paddle.

Is it a subscription?
Yes. HomeGlossy works with a monthly or yearly plan. If your plan's photos run out, you can add a one-time photo pack.
Which plan should I choose?
Count the photos you edit in a month. Starter has 50, Pro 400 and Studio 2,000. Need more in a busy month? Plan members can add a photo pack, usable for 12 months.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, from Plan and billing. A bigger plan starts right away and adds this month's extra photos. A smaller plan starts at your next renewal. If you cancel, your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
Where do I find my receipts?
Paddle, which handles our payments, emails a receipt for every payment. You can also open all receipts and change your card from Plan and billing.
