Privacy policy

• Your account: your name and email. If you sign in with Google, Google shares them with us.
• Your photos: each original file exactly as you uploaded it, including the information your camera saved in it (such as when and sometimes where it was taken), plus a small preview.
• About each photo: its file name, size, pixel size, the time it was taken and the title you give the edit.
• Billing: what you bought, amounts, dates and refunds. Paddle takes your card details; we never see or store them.
• Technical logs: our hosting providers keep basic logs, such as IP addresses and errors, to keep the service safe and working.

Only to run HomeGlossy for you: to sign you in, store and edit your photos, take payments, answer your questions and keep the service secure. We do not sell your information. We show no ads and use no advertising or analytics trackers.

• Google Firebase: sign-in and our servers (United States).
• Neon: our database (United States).
• Cloudflare: the website and photo storage.
• Paddle: payments, as our reseller; Paddle’s own privacy policy covers your payment details.

Photos you choose to enhance are sent to Google’s Gemini service to be edited.

• Your photos stay until you delete them. Deleting an edit deletes its photo files and details.
• To delete your whole account, write to us at dhruvitkevadiya12@gmail.com.
• Billing records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.

You can ask to see, correct, download or delete the information we hold about you. If you live in California, you also have rights under the CCPA; we do not sell or share your personal information for advertising.

We use your browser’s storage only to keep you signed in. When you open checkout, Paddle may use its own cookies to process the payment.

Everything travels over encrypted connections, your photos are stored privately. The links that show them expire after an hour. HomeGlossy is for adults: we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
